FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic US orders. (Does not include HI, AK, PR etc)
Standard shipping may take 2-3 days for processing and packaging before we ship the order.
Priority Mail Upgrade option: $3.95. USPS Priority Mail includes Insurance. Orders should arrive anywhere from 2-3 days once item has been shipped. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for packages delivered past the 3 days
Express Mail Upgrade option: $25. Express Mail includes insurance. Orders should arrive anywhere from 1-2 days once item has been shipped. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for packages delivered past the 2 days
Shoes have a flat rate shipping rate of $10/per pair. You must select this shipping option at checkout or item will be refunded.
Canada Shipping Rate option: $25 shipping rate.
Please note: WE ARE NOT responsible for any of the following; any order that has been marked delivered, any delays in shipping, any International Duties or Customs charges, lost/stolen or damaged products in the mail, or tracking information not updating. If you have not received your package please contact the local Post Office or responsible carrier to resolve any issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to always double check that they have entered the correct shipping address and billing address and it is being sent to a secure location. We will not refund for any items lost in the mail or not delivered/received. Once the items are turned over to the shipping carriers, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for your items, not Beautyberry Boutique.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled/refunded once your order has been placed.

•Returns must be sent back within 3 days of receipt of delivery of your items.•
The following items are FINAL sales and CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance/SALE/PROMO items with discount of 20% or more.
- Any items listed under our SALE category.
- Mystery or grab bag items
- Seamless clothing
- Under garments/bralettes
- Seasonal/Holiday items(marked)
- Giveaway items
- Items purchased from another store

We are NOT responsible for any return shipping charges. This is the responsibility of the customer.
*We suggest not wearing any jewelry, accessories, makeup, etc. when trying on your purchased items to prevent snagging or tearing*. We make sure that items DO NOT have any snags, tears, holes, rips, defects, etc. BEFORE we ship. Do not wear shoes outside when trying on for size fit.
* Please report any defects within 24 hours of receipt of items. *
Returns made in excess of 3 per month will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% on the 4th and after returns.
Any items that show signs of wear or have tags removed or tampered with will not be eligible for returns. All items must be UNWASHED and UNWORN and be free of stains, tears, snags, holes, odors, perfumes, soaps, pet hair, deodorant, smoke, stretched out fabric etc. and have original tags attached in original spot. No exceptions will be made. Each item is carefully inspected before we send them out so we make sure there is no prior damage to our items.
• All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Shoe boxes MUST be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will NOT accept a return.
Please include original invoice and return card when sending the return along with a reason why you are returning the item etc. We recommend using tracking and insurance when sending your items for return as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail. If you need advice choosing the best return shipping method please email us. When we receive your return, it may take 3-5 business days to inspect and process your return. *Original shipping charges that we paid will be deducted from the return/store credit amount.* Any items not eligible for returns will be sent back to customer at the own expense of the customer. We will not pay for shipping. Customer will also have the option to have their item donated if they do not wish to pay the shipping charges to send the item back to them.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Beautyberry Boutique RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO SOLELY DEFINE AND LIMIT, REFUSE, AND/OR REJECT RETURNS FROM CUSTOMERS ANY TIME DUE TO:
- An irregular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing"
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
~Colors and patterns may vary or appear different on any screen and do not qualify as defects of received items.~
